Community Guidelines
The club works because everyone in it shows up for each other. Keep it that way.
The short version
- Cheer, don't tear. High fives, nudges, and live sessions are for encouragement. Harassment, hate, threats, or bullying of any kind gets your account removed.
- Keep it appropriate. No nudity, sexual content, violence, or illegal activity anywhere — including your name, your posts, and your camera during live sessions.
- Be who you say you are. No impersonation, no spam, no promoting outside products in the community.
- Respect the room. In live group workouts your camera and mic reach real people in real time. Treat it like walking into a gym.
Report and block
Every wall post has a ··· menu with Report and Block member. Blocking hides that member from your feed and stops their invites and nudges instantly. Reports go straight to our team — we review every one within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or permanently delete accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion. By creating an account you agree to these guidelines and to our Privacy Policy.
