The Interval Club ("the app," "we") is a daily workout app operated by The Recording Club, Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information the app handles and what happens to it.
During a group workout you can choose to turn your camera and microphone on so the people in your session can see and hear you, live. Video and audio from group sessions are streamed in the moment and are not recorded or stored on our servers. Your camera and microphone are never accessed outside a session you started or joined, and never without you tapping to turn them on.
We use a small number of infrastructure providers strictly to run the app: Fly.io (hosting, USA), Twilio SendGrid (delivering sign-in code and notification emails), and Apple (push notifications on iOS). Each receives only what's needed to perform its function.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: You → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your profile, workout history, posts, crews, and notification tokens are erased from our systems. You can also email us (below) and we'll delete your account for you.
We keep your data only while your account exists. Server logs used for reliability and abuse prevention are retained briefly and then discarded.
The Interval Club is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
